Suzette has worked across some of the world’s most demanding and refined dining environments. Her journey has always been guided by one belief: great food matters, but how people feel matters more.

Suzette is a natural host at heart. She believes that true hospitality is not scripted—it is felt. It’s in remembering names, setting the table with intention, and creating spaces where people feel seen and welcomed. Chez Suzette is a reflection of who she is, warm, thoughtful, and deeply human.
